MIDTERMS!
Now I am working on a few papers and a few projects. My language and literacy class wants me to work on a paper of ten things we have learned in class and how this will impact my teaching. I am working on not saying "good job" as much. This is an odd thing, since most people say that we should praise children for their work.
Lindsay and I also had a little snack of bread, cheese, dried sweet Italian sausage, and Sardines.

Well, now that I am back in school and have a schedule, I will be sure to update this more often. Kent is going well. I have a couple of good classes, though on the whole they are boring. My preschool teaching is going well. I really enjoy working with the kids, it is the professors who I do not need around as much. I will check back in tonite with more.

Lindsay and I went to Quail Hollow park this weekend, it is was 75 and sunny. It was very nice, i put some pictures on Flickr. Check em out.

Snow is still falling. We are down to 11 degrees here and it feels like it. Lindsay's two brothers are waiting in line outside Best Buy to try and get a new Xbox. I think it a waste of time, since I dislike the Xbox.(Not enough good games and everything I like is only for PS, Final Fantasy, Metal Gear, Gran Turismo)
I have just been enjoying my day, went for a walk with Lindsay, now watching football after Shrimp and Grits for dinner.
We have a burst pipe that is shooting water up the side of one of our buildings, I will have to do something about it. There is a picture on my Flickr account.

Just getting ready for the Praxis test on Sat. I am not a big math person, I went through all of college with only two maths under my belt. Now I am having to go back and re-learn all the old ideas.
O the bright side, I get to go to Nashville for the Xmas. Lindsay is sadly not going, she will be holding down the fort here. Hopefully the snow will hold off till I leave. We have a few inches on the ground now and it is in the single digits at night, which sounds quite cold. AND IT IS! Peter and I are headed to the ATL while I am down there, I will have some great stories from that...

Well, still in Ohio. Not much has changed since I got here. We are living in a small house on 11 acres. We have Lindsay's horse here at the barn, so that makes the ole financial a bit easier. I am still looking for a job, thinking about subbing at the local schools until I can get to school in the Spring or Fall at Kent. They have a pretty good Early Childhood Ed program, hoping that a male teacher for 2nd grade will get me the job.
My parents just came up last weekend, that was fun. We went out to Flashbacks Lounge on Friday night, they had some amazing Karoke. Saturday my father and I went golfing, I tried to brake on a wet hill with the golfcart and was thrown from it as it spun out of control down the hill. One of the better stories I have gotten for a while. My parents saw Glenmoor, went out to eat with Lindsay's parents, and then went to TGIFridays for a beer.
Monday Lindsay and I have been going to a local place called Floyd's where we watching Monday night football. Quite a bit of fun.

Made it to Ohio. We are now "living" in Canotn. We have no house and the lake house it too far away to commute, so we are just staying in Lindsay's parents house and looking madly for a house to rent or at worst, buy. We shall see.
Driving the truck up was a bit tricky. It was a 26 foot Penske moving truck and was bigger than anything I have ever driven before. I made it though.
We have been out at the lake with Peter, he came as well to help us move and drive my car. We went out on the lake and tried to kill each other on the tube behind the speedboat. We all came back with a few bruises. And some sunburns.
Well we are off to look at a house that Lindsay's aunts daughter is trying to rent out. We shall see.

Peter's birthday dinner tonite. Lindsay and I have been packing a lot, with the help of my mother. My dad and I also played 18 holes of golf today. It went pretty well. I hit some good drives when I calmed down and hit it nice and easy. It was just too hot though, around 100. We shall see what happens tonite with Peter, we had spoken of going out for a beer.
